Bouse Fisherman Intaglio


 We have seen Intaglios before in this region, but this is the first time we have come to see the Bouse Fisherman.

Intaglios are a rare form of Native American rock art, sometimes found near the lower Colorado River.


Intaglios are best seen from the air, and are usually found from low flying planes.

One can see the fish above and a fish and wavy water line below.


This is upside down but, with careful observation, the bird and entire figure with the spear can be seen above.
